Ni treba, da se ukvarjamo s tem ali citati držijo ali ne, ker to ni pomembno.
Zato je prav, da je kot je.
What is truly troubling is that the Wikipedia editor considers this type of “fact check” by a non-physician a reliable source. What is even more troubling is that Wikipedia DOES NOT CONSIDER the American Journal of Therapeutics a reliable source. Their editors REFUSED to allow even the mention of Dr. Kory's recent publication or Dr. Tess Lawrie's recent publication in the same journal.
- National Institutes of Health Principal Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak admitted in a letter Wednesday that his agency funded gain-of-function research in China.
- Tabak said EcoHealth Alliance failed to notify the NIH that pathogens in a lab exhibited a greater than one log, or ten-times, increase in growth.
- “EcoHealth failed to report this finding right away, as was required by the terms of the grant,” Tabak said in a letter to House Oversight and Reform Committee Ranking Member Rep. James Comer of Kentucky.
- National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci repeatedly insisted that his agency’s research grant with EcoHealth Alliance did not involve gain-of-function research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
- Infectious disease expert Dr. Richard Ebright said Wednesday the letter proves that the NIH and its top brass “lied to Congress, lied to the press, and lied to the public. Knowingly. Willfully. Brazenly.”
While Tabak's letter goes to great lengths to insist that EcoHealth's work couldn't have produced SARS-CoV-2, it absolutely vindicates Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who Fauci repeatedly called a liar in July for accusing him of funding GoF research in Wuhan, China.
Sen. Rand Paul, a Kentucky Republican and vocal Fauci critic, tweeted Wednesday: "'I told you so' doesn’t even begin to cover it here."
Paul requested in July that Attorney General Merrick Garland criminally investigate Fauci over Senate testimony in which he said NIH never funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.
